With wide expanses of forests and fields along with waterways weaving their way throughout Sunrise Corner, there’s no shortage of exceptional places to fish and hunt.

Fishing

Either winter or summer, fishing on Sunrise Corner lakes and rivers offers residents and visitors a wonderful way to experience a Manitoba pastime enjoyed by all generations. Area lakes are known for their trophy size Northern Pike and Master Angler Walleye.

In late February, Manitobans and visitors to the province can enjoy ice fishing without needing a Manitoba fishing license during the annual winter Family Fishing Weekend.
