The Rural Municipality of Stuartburn has 2-3 Positions available for the 2024 Hometown Green Team (subject to green team funding)
Positions runs for approximately 12 weeks starting as early as June 3rd at approximately 35 hours per week (hours may vary dependent on weather). Scheduled work hours will be 9am-4pm, Monday- Friday and the occasional Saturday.
Duties shall include helping with street/road enhancements, helping with garbage collection, picking up litter and/or remove old signage/flyers from public areas, cutting grass in pubic spaces, various responsibilities for the Public Works Department and Landfill Attendant duties.
Requirements:
- Must be between 16-29 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
