We are currently hiring a Store Manager to serve our members and customers at our location in South Junction, Manitoba. Our South Junction location is approximately one hour south of Steinbach, Manitoba. This is a small business unit that serves the area with self-serve gas, a C-store, and motel.
Room and board may be available due to the location.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks, as well as achieving established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
Some main duties of the job include:
- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
- Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Provide effective leadership to a small group of employees, and ensure all health, safety and Asset Protection regulations and standards are adhered to.
- Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management and present product in a way that adheres to image standards.
- Responsible for the overall staffing and motivation of the team.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are sustained.
- Ensure effective training in customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising.
